Dr. Helle has been providing self-transformation services to people of Spokane, WA in the
Inland Empire for over a decade. She is the owner of Introspect and Inlitenmnet, which produces motivational CDs and MP3 download audio selections.
After receiving her bachelor of science degree at Santa Ana
California, she received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the American
Institute of Hypnotherapy. Dr. Helle also has a scholarly background in
philosophy, behavioral motivation, neurolinguistic programming, human
consciousness, art, sociology and psychology. Dr. Helle is also a
clinical practitioner of spiritual "Healing Energy" that works with the bodies aura to cleanse and balance.
She works with corporate groups and personal clients to
assist them in achieving their goals. Jane has assisted the courts with
jury selection and handwriting analysis and has served as Vice President of the
Washington State Hypnosis Association.
